This list is filled with many different summer enrichment programs that are being held all across the country and includes links to the programs and basic information about each opportunity.

Believe it or not, there are many colleges and universities that offer students FREE tuition! Many of them are funded by endowments, state programs, or even student workers. But they all offer an incredibly affordable way to get a quality education. This site has listed 100 real colleges and universities where you can go to school for free.  

The BPA Summer Flight Academy is held at Texas Southern University in Houston, TX. Successful participants receive 10 hours of flight time and 40 hours of ground school. They must have at least a B average and be between the ages of 15 – 19. Students who complete the course and at the approval and supervision of the instructor may be allowed to perform a solo flight of the aircraft
